Lucia Caminos
Lucia is the series’ first leading lady of the 3D era, and Rockstar built the reveal around her: Trailer 1 opens on her in prison. Her official profile sketches the shape of it: born in Liberty City, taught to fight by her father, sent to Leonida Penitentiary for protecting her family, and out earlier than anyone expected. Everything shown since paints her as the sharper, more disciplined half of the pair: the one doing the math while everything burns.
Jason Duval
Jason is the local. He grew up around grifters and crooks, tried to straighten out with a stint in the Army, and landed in the Leonida Keys doing what he knows: running work for local drug dealers, wanting an easy life that keeps not happening. He’s the wheel-man energy to Lucia’s calculation, and the trailers lean hard on the chemistry between the two.
The confirmed side cast
The six characters in the table above come from Rockstar’s own character profiles: each with an official page, portrait, and bio. They sketch the world’s layers: the Vice City music scene (Boobie Ike, Dre’Quan Priest, Real Dimez), the professional criminal class (Raul Bautista), and the Keys’ old smuggling culture (Brian Heder, Cal Hampton).
Beyond them, the trailers and the June screenshot drop are packed with unnamed faces: fans have catalogued dozens of distinct characters and given them working nicknames. None of those names are official, so we don’t list them as cast; every character Rockstar formally adds gets logged in our everything-we-know page the day it happens.
Voice actors: what’s actually confirmed
Nothing, officially. Rockstar has never pre-announced a cast in the modern era: GTA 5’s leads were only confirmed at launch through interviews, and RDR2 followed the same playbook. The studio wants you to see the character, not the actor.
What exists beyond that is reporting, not confirmation. The strongest-sourced name is Manni L. Perez as Lucia, reported by Bloomberg, consistent with a “Performance by Manni L. Perez” credit in Trailer 1, which Rockstar has never acknowledged. Every other name circulating, for Jason and the side cast alike, ranges from thin sourcing to pure invention; several widely shared “confirmed cast lists” contain fabricated names and details. A Bonnie & Clyde story?
That’s Rockstar’s own framing, not fan theory. The official synopsis sets up Jason and Lucia as a couple who’ve always known the deck is stacked against them, until an easy score goes wrong and drops them into a criminal conspiracy spanning what Rockstar calls “the darkest side of the sunniest place in America.” The through-line is trust: two people who have to rely on each other completely to make it out. It’s the most intimate premise the series has tried, played out across the whole state of Leonida, with Vice City as its stage.
