This page covers three things: what SixManual is (and isn’t), how this site earns money, and what happens with your data. Written in plain English on purpose.

SixManual is an unofficial fan resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

“Grand Theft Auto,” “GTA,” “Rockstar Games,” and all related titles, characters, and marks are trademarks and/or copyrights of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Names are used on this site solely for identification and descriptive purposes: to tell you which game we’re writing about. SixManual does not use official artwork, logos, or game assets in its design; gameplay footage, where shown, is embedded from official channels via their public embed features.

All editorial content on SixManual (text, tables, comparisons, and the completion tracker) is original work. If you represent a rights holder and have a concern about anything on this site, contact sixmanual@gmail.com and it will be addressed promptly.

Affiliate disclosure

Some pages on SixManual (primarily buying guides) contain affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links are how the site stays free.

Three commitments come with that. Every page containing affiliate links says so visibly on the page, above the links themselves, and each individual link or product box carries its own short disclosure too. Affiliate relationships never change our recommendations: our guides regularly recommend the cheaper option, tell you what not to buy, and flag when waiting is smarter than purchasing. And products are recommended on the basis of verifiable criteria (specs, price, warranty), not commission rates.

As an Amazon Associate, SixManual earns from qualifying purchases. This site may also participate in other affiliate programs, including Awin-network merchants and Instant Gaming; the disclosure above applies to all of them. SixManual does not use Amazon’s logo or branding, and nothing on this site implies that Amazon endorses our content or recommendations.

Privacy policy

The short version: this site is built to know as little about you as possible.

No accounts, no personal data. SixManual has no user accounts. You can use every feature, including the completion tracker, without telling us who you are.

The tracker stays on your device. Your checklist progress is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data deletes it, which is why the tracker offers Export/Import backups, also handled entirely on your device.

Cookieless analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. We see aggregate numbers (page views, countries, referrers), not individuals. (Note: if we add consent-based analytics later, e.g. Google Analytics ahead of advertising partnerships, this page will be updated first, and a consent banner will appear before anything loads.)

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is processed by Beehiiv, our newsletter provider, under their privacy terms. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Advertising. If and when display advertising runs on this site, ad partners and any associated data practices will be disclosed here before going live.

Your rights. For any privacy question, or to request deletion of anything you’ve sent us (such as a newsletter subscription or an email), write to sixmanual@gmail.com.
